Revised deadlines for filing periodic reports Pursuant to § 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that the deadline for submitting the extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2016, which the Issuer announced in its current report no 5/2016 of 29th January 2016, has changed.
