Pursuant to § 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that the deadline for submitting the extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2016, which the Issuer announced in its current report no 5/2016 of 29th January 2016, has changed.

Originally set deadline was 19th August 2016.
Current publication date falls on 24th August 2016.

Thus, the deadlines for filling periodical reports in 2016 by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. are as follows:

periodic reports for 2015:

-annual individual report by the Issuer for 2016: 7th March 2016,
-annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2015: 7th March 2016.

Periodic reports for 2016:

-extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2016: 12th May 2016,
-extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2016: 24th August 2016,
-extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2016: 10 November 2016.

The other material information remains unchanged.
