Report no 44/2016

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. - The Issuer announces that on 27th  July 2016 the total repayment was made on the loan, which had been granted under the non-revolving loan agreement No. 1000E13901 (the Agreement) concluded by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. - the Issuer  and Bank DNB Poland SA (formerly DNB NORD Bank Poland SA) with its registered office in Warsaw on 2nd  August 2011.

The Issuer informed about the Agreement in its current report no.90/2011 of 3rd August 2011 as well as the current report no. 19/2013 of 12th February 2013.

The agreement concerned granting an investment loan of PLN 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) by the Bank. On  27th July 2016. The Issuer made full repayment of the loan together with accrued interest and other costs.

The loan repayment was made pursuant  to CRD/45054/16 Loan Agreement signed by and between the Issuer and Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA with its registered seat in Warsaw.The said loan was intended primarily to refinance the bank loan with DNB Bank Polska S.A., which the Issuer informed about in its current report no.37/2016 of 13th July 2016.

According to the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., this information is confidential within the meaning of art.7 of  Market Abuse Regulation concerning the Company, which if made public could have an impact on the price of its financial instruments.
