Resignation of a Management Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that on 20th September 2016 Mr Ireneusz Pikulicki resigned from his position as a Member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.

Mr Ireneusz Pikulicki’s resignation is effective on 1st October 2016.
