Report no 47/2016

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S. A. - The Issuer announces that DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna (formerly DNB NORD Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna)with its registered office in Warsaw has decided to release all the security for the credit facility granted under the non-revolving loan agreement no 1000E13901 (the Agreement) concluded by EMC Instytut Medyczny S. A. – the Issuer with DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna (formerly DNB NORDBank Polska Spółka Akcyjna) with its registered office in Warsaw on 2nd  August 2011.

The Issuer informed about the Agreement with the Bank in its current reports nos.: 90/2011 of 3rd August 2011, 19/2013 of 12th February 2013 and 44/2016 of 28 July 2016.

Since the loan has been repaid and the security associated therewith released, the subordination of the loan granted to the Issuer by CareUp has ceased, which the Issuer informed about in its current report no 94/2013 of 2nd October 2013.

According to the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA, this information is confidential within the meaning of art.7 of  Market Abuse Regulation concerning the Company, which if made public could have an impact on the price of its financial instruments.
