Improvement of energy efficiency of the facilities of the Regional Health Centre

STARTING OF THE 2ND STAGE OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES

The beneficiary started the implementation of the second stage of the project with the activities performed to be awarded the order within the request for proposal. The order covered the performace of the thermo-modernisation works related to the next stage of the project: “Improving energy efficiency via thermo-modernization of the buildings of Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o.” co-funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

Within the proceedings, two offers were submitted, from which Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Lubin selected the most beneficial offer in terms of a price. The offer was submitted by Hydrochem DGE S.A. On 2 August 2016, the parties concluded an appropriate agreement covering the scope of preparation of construction and executive design documentation for modernized central heating and warm utility water systems in four Hospital buildings.

THE SCOPE OF WORKS AND ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE 2ND STAGE OF THE THERMO-MODERNISATION INCLUDES:

                 for Buildings:  ABC with two connectors, D with a bridge, Field reserves with a bridge, Dissecting room, the following was planned:
- replacement and modernization of the internal central heating system,

- replacement and modernization of the internal warm utility water system.

As a part of the modernization of internal systems, a monitoring and management system for energy consumption will be installed and any planned works due to medical activities will be performed on an active Hospital facility.
