COMPLETION OF THE FIRST STAGE OF THERMO-MODERIZATION WORKS
On 29 June, 2015, after 7 months of work, the Beneficiary and the appointed Supervision Inspector developed the protocol acceptance of works performed as a part of the first stage of the thermo-modernization works for ABC Building with two connectors, D Building with a bridge, the Building of field reserves with a bridge and the Building with the dissecting room.
ABC building with two connectors after the first stage of the thermo-modernization works:
- building partitions were insulated - external walls were insulated
- building partitions were insulated - basement walls at the ground were insulated
D building with two connectors after the first stage of the thermo-modernization works:
- building partitions were insulated - external walls were insulated
- building partitions were insulated - basement walls above the ground were insulated
- building partitions were insulated - a flat roof was insulated
- building partitions were insulated - a roof under a bridge was insulated
- building partitions were insulated - walls in the ground were insulated
- wooden window frames were replaced to PVC
Building of field reserves with a bridge after the first stage of the thermo-modernization works:
- building partitions were insulated - external walls were insulated
- building partitions were insulated - a roof under a bridge was insulated
- building partitions were insulated - a flat roof was insulated
- building partitions were insulated - walls made of glass blocks were walled and insulated
- building partitions were insulated - walls in the ground were insulated
- wooden window frames were replaced to PVC
- wooden door frames were replaced to PVC
Building of the dissecting room after the first stage of works of thermal insulation:
- building partitions were insulated - external walls were insulated
- building partitions were insulated - a flat roof was insulated
- wooden window frames were replaced to PVC
- wooden door frames were replaced to PVC
The value of performed and accepted works amounted to approx. 1.6 million.
Undoubtedly, the implementation of the tasks within the first stage of the project caused the fact that the Beneficiary reduced final energy consumption, including the achievement of the assumed environmental effects as well as favourably affected on the improvement of technical and visual thermo-modernisation status of the buildings.
