Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th October 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 2nd February 2016, Mr Krzysztof Waldemar Kmiecik resigned from his position as the Member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
