The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.( the Company) informs that on November 21, 2015 it received from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU (TFI PZU SA) [PZU Investment Fund Company] seated in Warsaw a notification which concerns the disclosure of shareholding with regards to carrying out transactions between funds administered by the Issuer. Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA [PZU Asset Management SA] seated in Warsaw, acting on behalf of the investment funds managed by it, including: 1. PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych BIS 1 [ PZU BIS 1 Close-End Non-Public Asset Fund],2. PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych BIS 2,(Fundusze TFI PZU) [ PZU BIS 2 Close-End Non-Public Asset Fund] [TFI PZU Funds] pursuant to Art. 69 1 (1)and (2) and in connection with 2 (1)(a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading, and on Public Companies, (Journal of Laws of 2013. 1382 item, as amended), informed the Company that 1,034,977 (one million three hundred thirty thousand six hundred eighty-five) shares were sold by Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych BIS 2 due to the settlement of the disposal of 1,330,685 (one million thirty-four thousand nine hundred and seventy-seven) shares in the share capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the Transaction) that occurred on November 18,2015 and that 1,330,685 (one million three hundred thirty thousand six hundred eighty-five) shares were purchased by PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych BIS 1 due to the settlement of the purchase of 1,330,685 (one million three hundred thirty thousand six hundred eighty-five) shares in the share capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the Transaction) that occurred on November 16,2015.

The transaction took place on September 16, 2015 as part of over-the-counter block transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw. TFI PZU Funds’ share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company has not changed and is as follows: : the number of Shares of the Issuer held prior to the said transactions: 3,760,762. The share in the initial capital: 28.3076 %. Voting rights carried by the shares: 3,760,762. The share in the total number of votes: 25.4357 %.The number of Shares of the Issuer held after the said transactions: 3,760,762. The share in the initial capital: 28.3076 %. Voting rights carried by the shares: 3,760,762. The share in the total number of votes: 25.4357 %. TFI PZU has announced that it is possible for the TFI PZU Funds engagement in the Company to both increase or decrease within 12 months of submitting the said notification. Furthermore, TFI PZU has announced that TFI PZUFunds own no subsidiaries that hold shares of the Company. As the management entity, TFI PZU may, on the behalf of TFI PZU Funds, exercise their voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company.
