The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the ‘Issuer’), pursuant to art. 56 (1) (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013 item 1382, as amended), announces that on September 28, 2015 Issuer's subsidiary - Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o with its seat in Lubin signed a Letter of Intent with Budimex S.A., concerning the intention of signing the agreement for working plans and specifications, and the construction work referred to as Regional Health Center designing and constructing a Hospital Emergency Ward- located at the existing hospital building in Lubin, Gen. J. Bem 5-6, 59 -300 Lubin. The maximum value of the above agreement determined in the course of negotiations amounts to 20,672,241.96 plus VAT ( PLN twenty million six hundred seventy-two thousand two hundred forty-one 96/100).

The Letter of Intent shall remain valid until a contractual agreement has been negotiated and signed by the parties. According to the Letter of Intent ,the contract will have been signed by October 7, 2015. Should no contract agreement has been signed by 07.10.2015, Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. shall reimburse to Budimex S.A. only reasonable and documented expenses incurred from the date of signing the Letter of Intent until 10.07.2015, annexed to the Letter of Intent in line with the offer submitted by Budimex S.A.
