The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that the deadline for submitting the annual report for 2014, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no 11/2015 of 30.01.2015, has been rescheduled. The original deadline was 9 March 2015. The current deadline for publication of the report is 10 March 2015. Therefore deadlines for submitting periodic reports by EMC Instytut Medyczny S. A. in 2015 have been rearranged as follows:-Annual individual report by the Issuer for 2014: 10 March 2015,-Annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2014: 10 March 2015. Periodic reports for 2015:-Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2015: 12 May 2015,-Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2015: 21 August 2015,-Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2015: 10 November 2015. The other pieces of information made public remain unchanged
