Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th October 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA announces that Mrs Lenka Siklienková was appointed a Supervisory Board Member by the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on March 10th 2016. In accordance to the submitted statement, the new member of the Supervisory Board does not conduct any business activities competitive to the Company neither has she been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors under the National Court Register Act. A short biography of Mrs Lenka Siklienková - the new member of the Supervisory Board: Lenka Siklienková joined Penta Investments in 2008. Between 2008-2011, Mrs. Lenka Siklienková worked as an investment analyst specializing in the health and banking sectors on the Slovakian market. Since 2011 she has been one of the people in charge of the health sector investments. Her duties involve carrying out acquisition projects, selecting key managers to administer medical companies as well as handling cross-border cooperation. She is also responsible for developing projects she has been carrying out and results they bring as well as reporting to the owners of the Penta Group. She regularly partakes in reviewing key projects of the Penta Group in terms of strategy and annual plans.
