Amendment to a significant contract in the subsidiary EMC Piaseczno sp. z o. o. that administers St. Anne's Hospital in Piaseczno

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving as of March 2nd, 2016 annexes to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Branch in Warsaw (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of inpatient care,outpatient specialist care, outpatient specialist care –cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services, therapeutic rehabilitation as well as psychiatric care and addiction treatment for the period 1st January to 31st December 2015. Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. Anne’s Hospital in Piaseczno administered by the subsidiary of the Issuer -EMC Piaseczno sp. z o. o.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by EMC Piaseczno sp. z o. o. with the Fund Branch concerning services rendered in 2015 in its current reports nos. 15/2015 of 9.02.2015, 19/2015 of 11.02.2015, 22/2015 of 16.02.2015, 35/2015 of 6.03.2015, 44/2015 of 21.05.2015, 51/2015 of 1.07.2015, 65/2015 of 16.09.2015, 73/2015 of 03.11.2015, 80/2015 of 26.11.2015,99/2015 of 31.12.2015 and 03/2016 of 07.01.2016. As a result of signing the abovementioned annexes to contract concluded with the National Health Fund regarding healthcare services provided in the period 1st January to 31st December 2015, the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and it totals PLN 21,023,436.40 (an increase by PLN 83,652.00). As a result of signing the abovementioned annexes, the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the Company currently amounts to PLN 23, 664,436.91 (an increase by PLN 88,953.00) for the period 1st January to 31st December 2015. A criterion for a contract to be considered significant: The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
