Pursuant to § 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2015: periodic reports for 2014:-annual individual report by the Issuer for 2014: 9 March 2015,-annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2014: 9 March 2015. Periodic reports for 2015:-extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2014: 12 May 2015,-extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2015: 21 August 2015,-extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2015: 10 November 2015. Furthermore, pursuant to §101 (2) and § 102 (1) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that the Company shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and the second quarter of 2015.

Pursuant to §87 (1) and (4), § 89 (1) and (2) and of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Issuer informs that it shall submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and consolidated semi-annual reports containing abridged semi-annual financial statements.
