Resignation of a Management Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 26 November 2014, Mrs. Krystyna Wider-Poloch resigned from her position as the Vice President and the Member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA. Her resignation is effective from 31 December 2014.
