Report no. 98/2012

Pursuant to Art. 154  the Act as of 29 July 2005 on Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 11 September 2012 the Company received the information about the registration of the increase in the share capital of  the subsidiary company, i.e. EMC Silesia sp. z o.o. The registration of the increase in the share capital of the  subsidiary company EMC Silesia sp. z o.o.was made by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register on 4 September 2012.
The share capital of EMC Silesia sp. z o.o.. was increased  from PLN 8,702,000.00  and it  currently amounts to PLN 13,802,000.00 and is divided into 13,802 shares with the nominal value PLN ,1000.00 each. All new shares in the share capital of the Company have been taken up by the majority shareholder - EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.  seated in Wrocław.

The number of shares and votes held  before the change in the share was 6,029. The percentage share in the initial capital was 69,28 %. The number of shares and votes held after the change in the share amounts to  11,129. The percentage share in the initial capital has gone up to 80,63 %. The remaining share in the company's share capital  has been taken up by the city of Katowice.

The Issuer's participation  in the new issue of shares is  closely related to the development project  planned at the  Geriatric Hospital in Katowice,  the resources for which the Issuer has acquired through the  issue of Series G share.

In addition, the Issuer informed  about  the expansion of the hospital and the events associated with the planned investment in its current reports nos. 2/2009 of 08.01.2009, 9/2012 of 25.01.2012, and in periodic reports.
