Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 24 November 2014, Mrs. Hanna Gerber resigned from her position as the Member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA. Her resignation is effective from 24 December 2014.
