Report no. 86/2014

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that  the deadline for submitting  the extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2014, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no 15/2014 of 28.01.2014, has been rescheduled.

The original deadline was 10 November 2014.

The current deadline for publication of the annual  report is 7 November 2014.
 
Therefore deadlines for submitting periodic reports by EMC Instytut Medyczny S. A. in 2014 have been rearranged as follows:
 
Periodic reports for 2013:

Annual individual report by the Issuer for 2013: 11 March 2014.
Annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2013: 11  March 2014.

Periodic reports for 2014:

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2014: 12 May 2014.
Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2014: 22 August 2014.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2014: 7 November 2014.

All the other  relevant pieces of information remain unchanged.
