Pursuant to§ 5 (1) (21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that the following persons were dismissed from Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.  during the  session of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 August 2013:

Furthermore, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that the following persons were appointed Supervisory Board members during the  session of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 August 2013:

The Supervisory Board members elected during the session of the Extraordinary General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. held on 20 August 2013 were appointed for a joint term of office of five years. In line with the submitted statements, the newly appointed Supervisory Board members do not conduct any business activities competitive to EMC Instytut Medyczny SA and are not engaged as partners in any competitive partnership nor as member s of a governing body in any other competitive company or legal entity. Nor  has any of these persons been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors as maintained under the Law on the National Court Register.
