Report no. 82/2014

Pursuant to §6 (4) of the Regulation of the  Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that a wrong attachment was enclosed while publishing the mid-year report concerning  the period 01.01.2014-31.06.2014 that was released on 22 August 2014.

The Enclosure "EMC Group inspection consolidated report for the first half year of 2014" mistakenly contains  the content of the following enclosure " EMC Group inspection unitary report for  first half year of 2014".
A correction of the period report with proper enclosures will be published today.
