Determining the final trading day for allotment certificates for series G shares and the admission and introduction of series G shares to trading - resolutions of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Pursuant to § 34(2)and (3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 21 August 2012 information that the Management Board of National Depository for Securities on 21 August 2012 adopted:

• a Resolution No. 812/2012 on the appointment of final trading day for allocation certificates for 1,189,602 ordinary bearer series G shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., with a nominal value of PLN 4 each, marked "PLEMCIM00108" by the National Depository for Securities on the Primary Stock Exchange market as of August 22, 2012.

• and a Resolution No. 813/2012 concerning the admission and introduction of 1,189,602 ordinary bearer series G shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A to trading on the main market, provided that the NDS shall register these shares and mark them as "PLEMCIM00017" on 23 August 2012. Both the Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
