Report no. 77/2012

On the basis of a notification received from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM) issued on behalf of the Pioneer Open-End Investment Fund, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs  about the decrease in the total  involvement below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

In the notification submitted pursuant to Art. 69(1)(1) of the Act as of 29 July 2005 on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies, Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM) informed about the decrease  in the total involvement to the level of 4,9% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The number of shares and votes held  by the abovementioned fund before the change in the share was 481,717. The percentage share in the initial capital was 6.75%, while the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders was 5.58%.

The number of shares and votes held after the change in the share has remained unchanged and  amounts to  481,717. The percentage share in the initial capital is 5.78%, while the share in the total number of votes is 4.90%.In accordance with the information included in the said notification, Pioneer Open-end  Investment Fund is one of the investment funds established by Pioneer Pekao TFI SA, while Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM)  manages  among others the investment portfolio of the aforementioned  investment funds.

The Company wishes to inform that the percentage change is the result of  increase in  the share capital of the Company through the issue of Series G shares which the Issuer announced in the current report No 72/2012 dated 08.03.2012.
