Report no. 75/2014

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces  that deadline for submitting the extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2014, which the Issuer Informed about in its current report no 15/2014 of 28.01.2014, has been rescheduled.

The original  deadline  was 08.25.2014, the current deadline is 22.08.2014.
Therefore the deadline for filling periodic reports in 2014 by EMC Instytut Medyczny SA are as follows:

Periodic reports for 2013:Annual individual report by the Issuer for 2013: 11 March 2014.

Annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2013: 11 March 2014.

Periodic reports for 2014:

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2014: 12 May 2014.

Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2014: 22  August 2014.

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2014: 10 November 2014.

All the other pieces of information referred to in current report no 15/2014 remain unchanged.
