Pursuant to §5 (1) (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that Agnieszka Szpara was appointed a member of the Management Board of the Company and the President of the Management Board effective September 1, 2014  by the Supervisory Board at the meeting held on July 30, 2014.

In accordance with the submitted statement, Agnieszka Szpara does not conduct business activity competitive towards EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.

Agnieszka Szpara does not hold any shares in companies competitive towards EMC Instytut Medyczny SA as a shareholder in a general partnership, personal partnership and as a member of association of capital’s body or a member of a body in other competitive legal person.

Agnieszka Szpara has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors under National Court Register Act.
