The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that  on 25 July 2012 the Company received  an order by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court pursuant to which an entry was made to the National Court Register concerning the amount and structure of the Company’s initial capital. Register The initial capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. was increased from PLN 28,550,448.00 to PLN 33,308,856.00, that is by PLN 4,758,408.00. The initial capital was increased through the issue of 1,189,602 ordinary bearer series G shares  at the nominal value of PLN 4.00 per each in a  Public Offering  directed to existing shareholders.

After taking into account the above changes, the structure of the initial capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. is as follows:

1,500,038 registered, privileged series A shares of a nominal value of PLN 4.00 each,

2,500,062 ordinary bearer series B shares of the nominal value of PLN 4.00 each,

1,500,000 ordinary bearer series C shares of the nominal value of PLN 4.00 each,

400,000 ordinary bearer series D shares of the nominal value of PLN 4 each,

737,512 ordinary bearer series E shares of the nominal value of PLN 4 each,

500,000 ordinary bearer series F shares of the nominal value of PLN 4 each,

1,189,602 ordinary bearer series G shares of the nominal value of PLN 4 each.

After the registration of the increase in the initial capital the total number of shares amounts to 8,327,214, consequently the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders amounts to 9,827,252.
