Pursuant to § 5 (1) (21) the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of  October19, 2005 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities, The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on July 17, 2014, Mr. Piotr Gerber handed in his resignation from the post of President and member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA effective  August 31, 2014.

Since, the Group EMC Instytut Medyczny SA has recently gained a strong position on the market, together with its new key investor Penta Investments Ltd., EMC Instytut Medyczny SA is planning to expand rapidly  through further acquisitions.

By assuming his new role as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, the current President of the Management Board, Mr. Piotr Gerber will be able to support the strategic development of the Group and continue to intensify the acquiring of new facilities.
