Report no. 6/2012

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about signing on 23 January 2012 an annex to the loan contract with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the Bank) with its registered seat in Warsaw.

The Issuer informed about the previous  contracts concluded with the  Bank in its current reports nos. 38/2006 of  16.10.2006, 62/2009 of 30.07.2009, 16/2011 of 25.01.2011.

The agreement concerned granting by the Bank  a revolving credit  on the Issuer ‘s  current account. On the basis of the above annex, payment deadline has changed, that is it has been extended by a year, i.e.  to January 23, 2013.

The other material terms of the loan contract have remained unchanged .

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant is the value of subjects of the contracts that equals at least 10% of the EMC Medical Institute  equity capital.
