Amendment to a loan contract with Bank Zachodni WBK SA concluded by the subsidiary company "Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia" sp. z o.o. in Kowary

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 5 June 2012 "Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia" sp. z o.o. in Kowary(PCZ) [the District Healthcare Centre in Kowary] signed an annex to the loan contract concluded with Bank Zachodni WBK SA with its seat in Wrocław (the Bank).

The Issuer informed about the loan contract concluded by “Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia” sp. z o.o. in Kowary with with Bank Zachodni WBK SA in its current reports no. 30/2011 of February 25, 2011.

Due to a decrease in demand for external financing of the investment, the amount of the investment loan granted by the Bank has changed from PLN 12.000.000,00 to PLN 8.000.000,00 and the repayment period that depends on the current valuation of the property ranges from 64 to 72 installments.

The other material terms of the contract made public remain unchanged.
A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:
the value of contract exceeds 10% of the equity capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
