Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th October 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that Mrs Lenka Siklienkowa (Siklienková) has resigned from her position as a Member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA today . Her resignation is effective immediately.
