A candidate for the Management Board Member of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA

Pursuant to Article 17 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA announces that Mr Maciej Piorunek is a candidate for a member of the Management Board of the Company.
The Supervisory Board, which shall adopt a resolution on appointing a candidate to the Management Board, was convened for 30th September 2016.
