Report no. 52/2014

Pursuant to§ 5 (1) (21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that  the Ordinary General Meeting  held on 14 May 2014 accepted the resignation of Michał Wnorowski , dismissing him from  the Supervisory Board.

Furthermore, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that Jędrzej Litwiniuk was appointed a Supervisory Board member during the very same  session of the Ordinary General Meeting. In line with the submitted statement,  Jędrzej Litwiniuk  has not been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors as maintained under the Law on the National Court Register.

Attached to the report – the biography of Jędrzej Litwiniuk  appointed a new member  of the Supervisory Board:
Investment Director at PZU, dealing with investments in medical companies of strategic importance for the PZU Group. Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the CEMS Master in International Management. He has been in the medical business since 2008 - initially as M&A and development manager at LUX MED, then as Investment Director at Enterprise Venture Fund (a fund managed by EI) responsible for medical services.
