Report no. 48/2012

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 2 May 2012 the Company received an annex to the contract concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of hospital treatment for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012.

Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl.  with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2012 in its current reports nos. 3/2012 of 20.01.2012 and 13/2012 of  27.01.2012.

As a result of signing the said annex, the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and it currently amounts to PLN 11,840,364.00 (an increase by PLN  38,428.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards  the Company for the  services rendered by St. Anthony's Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. has changed and it currently amounts to PLN  13,937,756.40 (an increase by PLN  38,428.00) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:
The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
