The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. hereby announces that pursuant to art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005, on 28 May 2013 a notification was received from Mr. Piotr Gerber the President of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. the informing that there has been a disposal of shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. ("EMC").

In accordance with the submitted notification, Mr. Piotr Gerber announced that on 27 May he made a sale transaction of 975,717 shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. for his own account. The said shares constitute 11.72% of the share capital of EMC and carry 1,683,458 voting rights at the Meeting of Shareholders EMC, which represents 17.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EMC ( including 707,741 registered privileged series A Shares constituting 8.5% of the share capital of EMC that carry 1,415,482 voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EMC, which represents 14.4% of the total number of votes votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EMC as well as 267,976 ordinary bearer shares constituting 3.22% of the share capital of EMC that carry 267,976 voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EMC, which represents 2.73% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EMC).

The said shares have been sold outside the regulated market in connection with Mr. Piotr Gerber making a in-kind contribution in respect of his taking up 78,722 shares in the increased share capital of Soporto Invest B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The total value of the transaction was PLN 16,177,388.00(the equivalent of EUR 3,936,104.00).
