Report no. 40/2013

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 27 May  2013 the Company received annexes to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services such as inpatient treatment and primary healthcare in the scope of night and holiday healthcare for the period 1 January to 31 December 2013.

Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl.  with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2013 in its current reports no. 16/2013 of 05.02.2013.
 

As a result of signing the said annexes, the value of the contract with highest value has changed and  it currently amounts to PLN11 876,096.00  (an increase by PLN 47,684.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards  the Company for the healthcare services rendered by St. Anthony's Hospital in Ząbkowice  Śl. currently amounts to PLN  14,109,740.40 (an increase by PLN 47,696.00) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2013. 
 

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public remain unchanged.
