Completion of the selection of binding lease offer of shares in Strzelińskie Centrum Medyczne sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA - the Issuer informs about receiving on 19th July 2016 a notice from the Strzelin District Board that the procedure for selecting a binding offer for the lease of Strzelin District shares in the company Strzelińskie Centrum Medyczne spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Strzelin, was closed without selecting an investor.

The Issuer informed about submitting a binding offer by EMC Instytut Medyczny SA - in its current report no. 35/2016 of 24th June 2016.

According to the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA, this information is confidential within the meaning of art.7 of Market Abuse Regulation concerning the Company, which if made public could have an impact on the price of its financial instruments.
