he Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 19.04.2013 it received from  Ms. Hanna Gerber, the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., a notification on  the sale of shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. pursuant to art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 19 July 2005.
 

In line with the notification submitted Ms. Hanna Gerber informed that between 17-18, April 2013   the following transactions were concluded through the regulated market by a person closely related to her, Ms. Anna Leszczyszyn ( a daughter). As a result, 15,467 ordinary bearer shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. have been sold.

The total value of the transaction exceeded the PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. 
 

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. reports that on May 16, 2013 it was informed that the notification received on the disposal of shares, which has not been included in the current report for technical reasons. The Company has complied with its obligation only in respect of submitting a written notice to the Financial Supervision Commission.
 

The company is working on improving the procedures for confirming that a report has been sent.
