Pursuant to § 38(1) (2) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities ,the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław hand over the content of the consolidated text of the Articles of Association established by the Supervisory Board on 19 March 2012 – as amended by the Annual General Meeting  held on  March 30, 2011, i.e. the issue of series G shares, the subscription  of which was successfully completed on February 27, 2012.

The consolidated text of the Articles of Association including  the amendments mentioned hereinabove  shall take effect upon its entry into the National Court Register.
