Pursuant to § 34 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 12 March 2012 the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution on admitting allotment certificates of ordinary bearer Series G Shares of the Company to trading on the Main Market.

In the abovementioned resolution, the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved to  admit 1,189,602 allotment certificates of ordinary bearer Series G Shares of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. to trading on the primary market and decided to introduce the abovementioned allotment certificates of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. marked as PLEMCIM00108 by the National Depository of Securities to the main market on a regular basis on 14 March 2012.
