Amendment to a significant contracts by the subsidiary of the Issuer-Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Lubin

Pursuant to § 5(1) (3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th  February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on  23rd  June 2016 from Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Lubin  annexes to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch), regarding healthcare services in the scope of inpatient care, outpatient specialist care, outpatient specialist care (cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services), therapeutic rehabilitation, palliative and hospice care as well as nursing and care services in terms of long-term care.

Both the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the Company and the term of the contracts concluded by  Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Lubin have changed as a result of signing the said annexes.

Healthcare services specified hereinabove are provided by the Hospital administered by the subsidiary of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. - Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Lubin.

The Issuer informed about the contracts  concluded by  Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. concerning services rendered in 2016 in its current report no. 7/2016 of 29.01.2016.

The annexes, with the exception of the annex concerning rendering health care services such as inpatient care, specify the amount of the Fund Branch liability towards the Company for providing the above-mentioned health care services in the period 1st July to 31st December 2016.

As a result of signing the said annexes,the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the Company currently amounts to PLN 32,399,952.65 (an increase by PLN 3,417,694.75) for the period 1st January to 31th  December 2016.

As a result of signing the abovementioned annexes to the contract with the NHF concerning providing healthcare services in the period 1st  January to 30th  June 2016, the value of the contract with highest value has changed and it amounts to PLN 24,168,206 (an increase by PLN 2,784).

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:

 The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
