Report no. 34/2014

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that  the deadline for submitting  the 2013 annual financial report, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no 15/2014 of 28.01.2014, has been rescheduled.

The original deadline was 12.03.2014, the current deadline for publication of the annual  report is 11.03.2014.

 

Therefore deadlines for submitting periodic reports by EMC Instytut Medyczny S. A .in 2014 have been rearranged as follows:

 

Periodic reports for 2013:

Annual individual report by the Issuer for 2013: 11 March 2014.

Annual consolidated report by the Issuer for 2013: 11  March 2014.

 

Periodic reports for 2014:

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2013: 12 May 2014.

Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2013: 25  August 2014. 

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2013: 10 November 2014.

 

The other pieces of information remain unchanged.
