Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on 18 April 2013 Jacek Łopatniuk resigned from his position as  a member of the Supervisory Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA as of 18 April 2013.
 

Jacek Łopatniuk ‘s resignation was due to personal reasons.
