Report no. 33/2012

Pursuant to § 34 (1) (1) and (2) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 7 March 2012 allotment certificates of the new issue of Series G Shares of the Company with the National Depository of Securities.

Pursuant to § 13 of Stock Exchange Regulations, allotment certificates of EMC Medical Institute SA shall be admitted to trading upon the lapse of date of receiving  by the Stock Exchange the Company’s notification  on allocation of shares. The conversion of allotment certificates to the new shares results in shares of the same type as those already listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Allotment certificates of the new shares referred to hereinabove shall be admitted to trading no sooner than on the date of registration with the National Depository of Securities.

Considering the above, regarding a communication of NDS of 6 March 2012 on the registration with the Depository of Securities 1,189,602 registered allotment certificates of ordinary bearer Series G Shares of  the company EMC Instytut Medyczny SA, marked as PLEMCIM00108, financial instruments specified hereinabove have been admitted to trading.
