Appointing an entity authorized to audit financial statements

Pursuant to §5 (1) (19) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities the Management Board of EMC  Instytut Medyczny SA informs that, acting pursuant to §10 (16) (f) of the Articles of Associacion of the Company on 23rd May 2016 the Supervisory Board resolved to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers  sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleja Armii Ludowej 14  as the entity authorized to audit the financial statement of the Company  for the fiscal year 2016, review the interim financial statements for the first half of 2016 as well as  auditing the annual consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group for the fiscal year 2016 and reviewing the interim financial statements of the Capital Group

Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sp. z o. o. has been entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements by the National Council of Statutory Auditors, entry No. 114.
