Report no. 32/2013

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 18 April 2013:
 

 -annexes and settlements  to the contracts concluded by the subsidiary company Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of hospital treatment, outpatient specialist care, psychiatric care and addiction treatment, therapeutic rehabilitation for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012;
 

- settlement to the contract concluded by the subsidiary company Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of hospital treatment  for the period 1 January to 31 December 2010; as well as 

completing  payment in consideration of the fulfilment of the contract for the provision of primary healthcare for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012.
 

Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
 

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by “Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia” sp. z o.o. in Kowary with the Fund Branch concerning services rendered
 

- in 2012 in its current reports nos. 2/2012 of 20.01.2012, 10/2012 of 25.01.2012, 19/2012 of 02.02.2012, 30/2012 of 02.03.2012, 47/2012 of  02.05.2012, 50/2012 of 28.05.2012, 53/2012 of 01.06.2012, 65/2012 of 21.06.2012, 67/2012 of 29.06.2012, 75/2012 of 08.08.2012, 88/2012 of 03.09.2012, 91/2012 of 06.09.2012, 99/2012 of 26.09.2012, 110/2012 of 16.11.2012 and 120/2012 of 20.12.2012.
 

-  in 2010 in its current reports nos. 13/2010 of 05.02.2010, 48/2010 of 24.06.2010, 51/2010 of 22.07.2010, 55/2010 of 03.08.2010, 59/2010 of 11.08.2010, 72/2010 of 28.09.2010, 84/2010 of 14.12.2010, 6/2011 of 13.01.2011, 34/2011 of 03.03.2011,40/2011 of 14.03.2011 ; 49/2011 of 22.03.2011 and 53/2011 of 29.03.2011.
 

The Issuer informed about the contracts concerning services rendered in 2013 in its current report no. 11/2013 of 31.01.2013.

 

As a result of signing the said settlements and annexes concerning services rendered in 2012 as well as completing the payment in consideration of the fulfilment of the contract for the provision of primary healthcare, the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the subsidiary company “Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia” sp. z o.o. in  Kowary has changed and it currently amounts to PLN  17,040,851.08 (an increase by PLN  63,560.07) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012. The value of the contract with highest value currently amounts to PLN 9,335,186.00 (an increase by PLN 7,592.00)
 

As a result of signing the said settlement concerning services rendered in 2010, the total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the subsidiary company “Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia” sp. z o.o. in  Kowary has changed and it currently amounts to PLN  15,556,904.01 (an increase by PLN  45,287.21) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2010. The value of the contract with highest value currently amounts to PLN 8 816,932.21 (an increase by PLN 45,287.21)
