Resignation of a Management Board Member

Pursuant to §5 (1) (21) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th October 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. announces that on May 2nd, 2016 Mrs Bożena Gołębiowska resigned from her position as a Member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.
