The Conclusion of an agreement between Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA and the subsidiary company "Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia" in Kowary

Pursuant to § 5(1)(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that an agreement , marked as U/0078953404/0002/2013/6000, between by "Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia" sp. z o.o. in Kowary (PCZ) and Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the Bank) was signed on 10 April 2013, which is the drawdown date of the investment loan that the Issuer informed about in its current report no 107/2012 of 31.10.2012.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant is the value of the contract amounting to at least 10% of the value of the equity capital of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
