Amendment to a significant contract in “EuroMediCare" Specialist Hospital with Outpatient Clinic in Wrocław
Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 28 February 2013 the Company received settlements to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch), regarding the provision of healthcare services such as outpatient specialist care, outpatient specialist care (cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services) and hospital treatment –health programmes (pharmaceutical programmes) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012.
Healthcare services specified hereinabove are provided by “EuroMediCare” Specialist Hospital with the Outpatient Clinic in Wrocław owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded with the Fund Branch concerning services rendered by “EuroMediCare” Specialist Hospital and the Outpatient Clinic in Wrocław in 2012 in its current report nos. 17/2012 of 30.01.2012, 27/2012 of 24.02.2012, 44/2012 of 30.03.2012, 66/2012 of 26.06.2012, 71/2012 of 27.07.2012, 86/2012 of 3.09.2012,90/2012 of 05.09.2012; and 111/2012 of 16.11.2012 and 119/2012 of 19.12.2012. The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded with the Fund Branch concerning services rendered in 2013 in its current reports nos. 8/2013 of 25.01.2013, 15/2013 of 31.01.2013 and 18/2013 of 05.02.2013.
As a result of signing the abovementioned settlements, the total Fund Branch liability towards the Issuer with regard to healthcare services provided by “EuroMediCare” Specialist Hospital with the Outpatient Clinic in Wrocław currently amounts to PLN 14,764,076.50 (an increase by PLN 50,162.20) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012.
The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public remain unchanged.
