Report no. 12/2012

Pursuant to §  103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about time limits for submitting periodical reports in 2012:

Annual individual report for 2011 – 20 March 2012.
Annual consolidated report for 2011 – 20 March 2012.
Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2012 (containing quarterly financial information) – 15 May 2012.
Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2012 (containing abridged semi-annual financial statements) – 31  August 2012.
Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2012 (containing quarterly financial information) – 14 November 1012.

At the same time, pursuant to §101 (2) and § 102 (1) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the second quarter of 2012.

Pursuant to §87 (1) and (4), § 89 (1) and (2) and  of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Issuer informs that it shall submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and consolidated semi-annual reports containing abridged semi-annual financial statements.
