Report no. 119/2011

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 12 December 2011 the Company received an annex to the  contract concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of hospital care for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2011.

Healthcare services referred to in the said annex are provided by  St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny SA.

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl.  with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2011 in its current reports nos. 15/2011 of 24.01.2011, 62/2011 of 05.05.2011, 67/2011 of 25.05.2011, 74/2011 of  01.07.2011, 85/2011 of 18.07.2011, 99/2011 of 19.09.2011  and 110/2011 of 18.11.2011

As a result of signing the said annex the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and it currently amounts to PLN. 11,851,284.00  (an increase by PLN. 40,077.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards St. Anthony's Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by the Issuer currently amounts to PLN. 13,055,254.80  (an increase by PLN. 40,077.00 ) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public in the said current reports remain unchanged.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:
The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
