Report no. 118/2012

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on 19 December 2012 the Company received annexes to the contracts concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services in the scope of inpatient treatment, outpatient specialist care  and outpatient specialist care (cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services)for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012.

 

 Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl. owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.

 

The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. Anthony’s Hospital in Ząbkowice Śl.  with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2012 in its current reports nos. 3/2012 of 20.01.2012, 13/2012 of  27.01.2012, 48/2012 of 02.05.2012, 63/2012 of 21.06.2012, 76/2012 of 08.08.2012, 93/2012 of  06.09.20112 100/2012 of 06.09.2012 and 113/2012 of 22.11.2012.
 

As a result of signing the said annexes, the value of the contract with highest value has changed and  it currently amounts to PLN 11,897,322.00 (an increase by PLN 1,882.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards  the Company for the healthcare services rendered by St. Anthony's Hospital in Ząbkowice  Śl. currently amounts to PLN  14,099,371.80 (an increase by PLN 12,068.00) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012. 
 

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public remain unchanged.
